TL;DR · 30-second version | ➤ | A short video for your business (a new menu, an open house, holiday hours) no longer needs an agency brief and days of waiting. | | ➤ | Claude can build a simple animated clip from your own words, colours and photos. You can change one word later without redoing the rest. | | ➤ | My free 9-page PDF gives you the prompts to try it once, on one clip, this week. No sign-up. |

For years I ran Great Dane Studios, a creative studio here in Portugal with 15 to 20 people.
The slowest part of any video always came at the very end, with the small changes.
A client wanted one headline reworded. Or a price in kroner instead of euros. Or the same clip as a tall phone video.
Each tiny change meant someone opening the edit again, moving things by hand, and sending it back days later.
Clients waited. We waited. And the businesses without a studio budget simply went without.
When a small change takes days, you stop asking for small changes. What I learned running a creative studio
So the menu video never gets made. The open house goes out as one still photo. The holiday hours stay a plain text post.
You know a short clip would look better. You just do not want to wait days, or pay an agency, for 15 seconds of video.
What changed this year
A short clip, made in-house, in an afternoon
Claude, the AI assistant from Anthropic, can now write simple animations as code, built around your real words, logo colours, photos and screenshots.
That matters for one plain reason. Because the clip is built from your actual text, you can change one word, one price or one colour in seconds. Everything you already approved stays exactly as it was.
You do not need to understand the code. You describe the clip in normal words, and Claude shows you a written plan before it builds anything.

"Ask Claude to write the scene plan in plain English and wait for your approval before it builds a single frame." The one rule from the guide that keeps this low-risk
What changes for you
Old way, new way
Old way: Brief an agency, wait for a quote, then wait again for the first draft. New way: Describe the clip in plain words and approve Claude's scene plan before anything is built.
Old way: Pay for another round of edits to fix one typo or a new price. New way: Ask for the one change. Everything else stays as it was.
Old way: Rebuild the same clip by hand for Instagram, your website and phone screens. New way: Use the Version Matrix (Template 09) to turn one approved clip into each size and language.
Old way: Post it, then notice the message came too late or was hidden on phones. New way: Run the 18-point review sheet (Template 10) before it goes live.
